Maribeth Lichty is accepted as an in-network provider by many insurance and EAP companies including Aetna (PPO's only), Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Cigna, United Healthcare, GHI, Magellan, Tri-Care, Value Options, and many others. I am considered out of network with Humana and am not currently a Medicaid provider. Self-pay fee is $100 per clinical hour , which lasts 45-50 minutes.

Your share of cost for outpatient mental health treatment is due at the time of service. Please make all payments in the form of either check or cash, as we are not set up for processing any debit or credit cards at this time. If you are uncertain of this amount and you are using your health insurance, please contact your insurance carrier, who can provide you with this information.
